These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Dunn Plumbing and Drain Service LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By scheduling service, requesting an estimate, or allowing work to begin, the customer (“you” or “client”) agrees to the following terms.
1. Scope of Services
Dunn Plumbing and Drain Service LLC provides residential and commercial plumbing services, including diagnostics, repairs, replacements, and maintenance. All services are limited to the specific scope agreed upon at the time of service. Any additional work requested by the customer that is outside the original scope will be subject to separate charges and approval.
All services provided by Dunn Plumbing and Drain Service LLC ("Company") are limited to the description in the estimate, invoice, or work order. All pricing is valid for 30 days from the date of the estimate.
Payment is due in full upon completion of work, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Financing is available through a third party. Ask for details.
All jobs over $3,000 require a 50% deposit prior to work starting.
Accepted payment methods include cash, Zelle, check, credit cards (3% Fee for credit card use).
Past-due accounts are subject to a late fee of 5% monthly to what could be legally allowed.
The customer is responsible for any collection costs, including legal fees, incurred due to non-payment.
2. Estimates & Pricing
All estimates are non-binding until an on-site evaluation is completed
Prices may change due to hidden conditions, code requirements, material availability, or additional labor
Advertised or online pricing is for informational purposes only and does not guarantee final cost
Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
3. Access & Work Conditions
The customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area, including plumbing fixtures, cleanouts, walls, floors, ceilings, crawlspaces, and yards as necessary.
Plumbing work may involve cutting, drilling, excavation, or removal of materials to access systems. Restoration beyond the plumbing repair itself (e.g., drywall, flooring, landscaping) is not included unless explicitly stated.
4. Pre-Existing Conditions
Plumbing systems may contain pre-existing damage, corrosion, improper installations, or code violations that are not visible prior to beginning work. Dunn Plumbing and Drain Service LLC is not responsible for failures or damages resulting from such conditions once work has commenced.
5. Guarantee of Results
While we perform work to professional standards and applicable codes, outcomes may vary due to system conditions beyond our control. However due to system variables beyond our control there may be need for additional service work. Warranties or guarantees are stated on all accepted work invoices. Dunn Plumbing stands by its work, give us a call if you are having any problems and we will advise and fix. Labor is warranted for a minimum of 24 months from the date of service unless stated otherwise on the signed agreement.
Manufacturer warranties apply to materials and fixtures; the Company does not provide warranty on third-party products. No warranty on home owner supplied materials. Warranty is void if the work is tampered with or altered by anyone other than the Company.
6. Cancellations & Scheduling
No cancellation fees or scheduling fees! We work to accommodate your scheduling needs. Work time arrival is prioritized by emergency and then scheduled calls. We prioritize someone with sewage in their home because it’s a health hazard. We notify clients and adjust so everyone can be safe and all services provided.
When signing an agreement to do work, you hereby authorize the above work to be done as so ordered and outlined in the written agreement. If you finance with the third party lender you understand that the agreement may be canceled without any penalty within three days of agreement. Work will wait the 3 days for the right to cancel.
7. Service hours & Emergency Services
Standard service hours are Monday–Sunday 7 am to 6 pm. Emergency Services run 24 hour, 7 days a week.
8. Permits & Code Compliance
Where required, plumbing work will comply with applicable local and state plumbing codes. Permit requirements, inspections, HOA approvals, or landlord permissions are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing. Permits may be billed separately.
9. Safety & Jobsite Conditions
Customers agree to maintain a safe working environment. Dunn Plumbing and Drain Service LLC reserves the right to stop or refuse service if unsafe, abusive, or hazardous conditions are present. The customer shall provide clear access to work areas and ensure that pets, valuables, and fragile items are secured prior to service. The Company is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, such as old piping, faulty fixtures, or structural issues
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law, Dunn Plumbing and Drain Service LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to service performance, delays, or system failures beyond the agreed scope of work. The Company shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to property damage, water damage, or loss of use, unless due to gross negligence or willful misconduct.
11. Website & Advertising Use
Information provided on our website or in advertising materials does not constitute a binding offer. All services are subject to availability, inspection, and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved informally. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall handled through a mediator and formal mediation processes
