Ron Roberson4 days agoI was experiencing low water pressure so I reached out to Dunn plumbing who I have used in the past . Micha arrived, confirmed the low pressure, he conducted some tests, confirmed no water leaks. He identified an issue with the filtration system, corrected it which in turn resolved the low pressure. Job well done. When I have plumbing issues I call no one but Dunn Plumbing.Posted on Google
Shelley Cross5 days agoWe have an older home and the plumbing gave way. We needed everything replaced. The people at Dunn could not have been more professional and polite. In addition, I did not want my bathrooms to have tile broken (irreplaceable) and the boss came out to brainstorm with other ideas. It was brilliant and we have our intact bathrooms. I could not recommend this company more if it were my own. We are forever grateful and very loyal. Thank you, Dunn Plumbing for making a scared older woman and her husband very happy!Posted on Google
Elizabeth Morris5 days agoMicah was assigned to fix my clogged shower drain. He was quick and efficient and showed up early. He even installed the new drain cover I purchased with a hair catcher. The cost of service was super reasonable and it was easy to pay with Zelle. After scheduling with another plumbing company and having two days of missed windows, this was such a welcome change. Highly recommend.Posted on Google

Deborah Essex Ostrow13 days agoFast, efficient, responsive. Lucas was assigned to help with a bathroom under sink leak and he not only handled the initial problem, he helped me see where other pipes and valves were corroded and in need of upgrades. Most of these things were over 20 years old. I feel better knowing future plumbing problems have been prevented. Lucas was knowledgeable, prompt and easy to talk to. He was up front about costs (which is a lot) but, once we agreed on which jobs to do, he got everything done in one day: I now have a new water heater, new garbage disposal, new sink pipes and faucets, a new water pressure valve and an unclogged outside drain. Wow, a hard-working guy and overall 5 star service!Posted on Google
Mike OBrien13 days agoI had a RO water system installed flawlessly by Lucas. The same day I had the water heater replaced with a tankless system by his fellow workers. The following day, Saturday, everything went down with the soft water system. Lucas to the rescue Monday first thing. His quick assessment rendered the installation needed a bit of conversion. After a 2 hr trip to the shop he had the necessary parts to correct the installation. Dunn Plumbing is very lucky to have an employee like Lucas, with 20 years in the business installing, identifying and correcting problems. I am completely satisfied with Dunn Plumbing and the excellent service provided by Lucas! I also found the presence of Michael Dunn reassuring and quite impressive to have an owner present on the job.Posted on Google
Elena Graves14 days agoLast week, I had a very stressful night dealing with a sewer issue in my home. It’s an older house with old pipes, and as a woman, finding a plumber who is honest, transparent, kind, and respectful felt overwhelming. Dunn’s Plumbing provided exceptional care—not only taking care of my home but also showing understanding and compassion for my situation. Their service was excellent, and I highly recommend them. Thank you, Brian and the team, for your dedication and understanding.♥️Posted on Google

Michele Chater20 days agoI’ve never reviewed an angel before but Micah is definitely an angel. He bent over backwards to make my house flood more bearable. My groceries were delivered while he was here, so he carried them into the kitchen. Who does that? He worked around my fixed income so I could pay. Who does that? He assured me it’s not about the money, it’s about helping people and I truly think this company and Micah believe and live that. They have a customer for life. If you use any other company you’re doing yourself a disservice. Thank you Micah. There just aren’t enough words. I had to wait a day until I got paid lol for Micah to come back out and flush my hot water heater. Again he goes above and beyond. Dunn Plumbing must get their employees from heaven. Their prices are Extremely Reasonable. I will never use another company. Dunn plumbing you’re the best!!Posted on Google

Vera Klose98 days agoSeem to have done the installations and repairs well. Time will tell. Everything was cleaned and tidy when the installer left. Was given misleading information when I mentioned that I'm getting a heat-pump water heater. Your employees replied that 'tank' water-heaters are being phased out in 2027. Good thing I didn't take their word for it. But it does make me wonder if other things I was told were completely true. One small thing, I asked for a standard height toilet, and I remarked when I saw it in the room that it looked tall. After the installer left, I tried it for the first time and it is taller - by 3". I'm short and my toes barely touch, it's a bit uncomfortable. But I understand that as I get older the extra height will make it easier to use the toilet, so I'm trying to get used to it.Posted on Google

Kurni112 days agoI am happy for the complete satisfied job done by the technician Mario. He showed up quick, two hours after I placed a service call. The price is fair reasonable compared other plumber had quoted me. I felt other over quoted me because I am a lone minority woman. Mario was a courteous, experienced and professional young man. He explained to me from a simple repair task to the worst scenario of replacing the whole valve cartridge for fixing a loose shower handle. He cleaned his work once complete and respected my custom not wearing shoes inside my house. My dog was calm with his present and observed him more than I did. He also recommends and gives me an estimate of installing a soft water filtration system as a preventive problem investment. I will definitely will use this company & ask Mario again for next service job. Please ask the call service for Mario as my gratitude.Posted on Google

It was a big job as our backwater valve had broken underground in the yard. They came back the next morning at 7:15 am and had new pipes in the ground and everything working smoothly by mid afternoon. Wanna give special shoutouts to Damien and Micah who were friendly, knowledgeable and so wonderful to work with. Already a stressful time and they actually made a horrific situation so much less so. Sam278 days agoWow!!!! A competent, honest, fairly priced plumber. After several less than pleasant and over-priced experiences, I wondered if that was even possible. But then I luckily called Dunn Plumbing who sent Micah to my house. Not an estimator, an actual plumber offering a free analysis and estimate for a hot water heater. He arrived at the exact time he said he would and he did the job the next day, removing the old water heater and replacing it with a new and better one. He also identified several issues that had caused some flooding inside the my house that I was unaware of. He then arranged for a water damage mitigation contractor to come by—within an hour of his call. Problem solved. Disaster averted. Couldn’t say enough positive things about the service I received from Micah. I hope his company reads this and gives him a fat raise!!!Posted on Google

We will definitely use them in the future and will share their contact information with family and friends! Highly recommend!!!Posted on Google

M O299 days agoI met parts of the crew on another job and knew immediately that I would hire them for my plumbing issues at my older home. Brian and Damien came out for the inspection of the issue and estimate; they were courteous, spending time listening to the history of issues and the concerns of doing a large job for us. Damien completed a thorough job of inspecting and answering questions of lingering incorrect information. This helped us to make an informed choice, explaining our different options. We had two separate issues: rerouting out kitchen sink and laundry to the main branch and reworking our main branch out to the sewer line. The estimate was large; however, this was going to be permanent solutions. Instead of the band aiding other companies offered or weird solutions, this was straight forward and needed to update our 80-yr old home. This company was helpful and patient for us to make arrangements and did exactly what they said they would do. Crew members Alec, Tyler, Joe and Miguel showed up on time and did a quality job. Our yard is landscaped, and they took care in doing minimal disruption. We are very happy with the results. There is a strange joy in hearing the water swish down a pipe unimpeded and the relief of having a quality job done. It's a few months from the project; we are still happy to have it fixed. Thanks to all of you that came by to check in, do quality control and everyone who was involved with our project.Posted on Google

Justin312 days agoChatGPT will never replace the need for a quality plumber! Dunn Plumbing (Micah) absolutely saved me today. It was late in the evening and I called multiple “24/7” plumbers and they were the only company that actually picked up and offered real help. The person who answered took my info and said a plumber would call me ASAP to see if they could walk me through it before sending someone out, which already put them ahead of everyone else. Micah called me less than 5 minutes later and FaceTimed with me to troubleshoot a fancy toilet seat install issue. He walked me through exactly what to do, including cutting off the escutcheon to properly seat the PEX stop valve. One small adjustment and it clicked into place. No leaks, problem solved. And a situation with a house full of daughters angry about the water being shut off didn’t have to end in a “dad-caused disaster.” They saved me a service call, a ton of time, and a lot of frustration. Honest, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Dunn Plumbing is now my go-to, and Micah was outstanding. Highly recommend! Call these guys before going too far down a ChatGPT rabbit hole and save yourself a lot of time and effort!Posted on Google
Robert Meyer313 days agoI had an issue with my guest bath/shower. The technician was very professional but could not get it quite right. When the owner, Brian Dunn, heard about the problem he was on the phone with us in less than 24 hours. He scheduled an appointment to check out the problem in person, and arrived right when he said he would be there. He diagnosed the problem and completed the work himself. You have to love a business owner who takes pride in completing the service himself. Quality work completed. We appreciate the hands on, caring work, and pride Brian showed.Posted on Google
